What do you do if you like someone but you're not sure whether or not you should ask them out because of the distance between the two of you should you let it go or act on it??
 
Do you talk constantly and webcam and stuff? If so i agree with NodMyHeadLikeYeah

yes, get to know him! If you establish a friendship before a relationship things will go much better. Plus you might find out some stuff about him by talking.
Distance isn't an issue as long as you have God. I live in Cali and my bf lives in Virgina.
and since you are still kind of young, make sure your parents are ok with it.
I am not saying you are too young to fall in love, I have just seen relationships that young people are in and the parents don't approve so they rip them apart and don't allow them to talk and stuff, so it would be useless to get into a relationship if that were to happen.

I'm going to agree with everyone else and say DO IT! I never got the courage to ask this one girl out in high school and I've beaten myself up for it ever since. Plus guys will rarely if ever say no.
