Hi there, after four months of absence, I am finally connected to an internet, got a laptop on Thursday. I know that I have an inbuilt webcam, as I was skyping but for some reason, you know when it says before going into Chat room, you must plug in your webcam. Most times, you just say ok, if its inbuilt, but for some reason, there is no response. Anyone know how to enable the webcam? I am on a Toshiba laptop using Windows 8.1. Thank you. I am dying to get on to the Chat Room.
