My sister anxiously waits on a call from her boyfriend. She sits up hours on end waiting for him to call. I am sure she leaps for joy at any ring. Maybe a wrong number, maybe a family member, maybe I, may call. However all of this is just unsatisfactory unless her lover calls.

I wait for my lover to call, I sit up, hours on end waiting for him to call. I am sure my soul leaps for joy at any ring. Maybe a wrong number, maybe a family member, maybe my brother will call. However all of this is just unsatisfactory unless my lover calls. Jesus Christ is the lover of my soul. I hope he calls soon, and I hope he chooses ME to be his bride.

You can call jesus anytime just by sitting down and praying. He always answers! :)

Amen Jimmy, that made me think of something. Sometimes we call and he most certainly answers (those who call with a pure heart), however sometimes the answer gets delayed, or there is static in the channel. That static is sin, and that delay is demonic forces. It reminded me of when the angel came to answer a prayer in the Old testament but he was delayed by certain principalities. This stuff still happens today.

It is hard to hear God with sin fogging up the audio.

The opposite also applies! You know Jesus is also waiting for you to call, and also hoping that you choose to live the rest of your life with Him.
