We have Republicans in Congress to thank. If they had any kind of spine or integrity, they would've given him the boot a long time ago as soon as he started breaking the law and the Constitution.

The way he has addressed some other things are as a bully, not as a statesman.

Not sure what state you're from but what Trump is doing is considered standard operating procedure in New York.
He has stated he wants Greenland.
He has stated he will have it by force if necessary.
Is that standard operating procedure in New York?
Correct. In the real estate market in New York you have to strong arm people which in reality means this:
1. You say one thing to the public
2. You say another thing to the 'opposing' party in private
3. You use leverage based on the outcome to get what you want.
It's called politics. It's always dirty.
These tactics have existed since the Greeks used a trojan horse.
In more recent times when the world almost went nuclear during the Cuban missile crisis, the public knew that US won.
But in private USA removed missiles from Turkey. The Russians didn't care about what the West thought because they were running their own communism show. All they cared about was that US missiles were removed from Turkey.
So in that scenario you have a public version and a private version where both parties got what they wanted.
I have my standards and lying and bullying are not acceptable to me.

Another mistake is to mix politics with God. I don't do that. I see this as a show to enjoy, similarly as you'd enjoy a cold glass of water in a hot summer day. This is the state of the world and as a Christian you should be "wise as a serpent and innocent as a dove".
The most appropriate verse for this is "give Cesar what belongs to Cesar" but you give God your heart and you'd die for God not Cesar.
Well, Jesus did call out the leaders in Jerusalem.
There is a great difference in giving Cesar his due and approving of his actions by not calling him out.
Compared to other empires in history, USA is very restrained and highly moral.
Most empires in history always start with the assumption that their ideology, country and culture are supreme. The last one to apply this in practice was a guy in Germany in 1939.
But the United Stated Constitution begins with words which closely resemble the Bible because the founding fathers came from the places of dirty politics and wars and they were believers.
The declaration of independence says "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, endowed by a Creator "
This in itself is not aggressive or with a sense of superiority to subjugate your enemies as other empires have done in the past.
So this is a lot better than other empires but it's nowhere close where the Kingdom of God is. Because at the end of the day, we're not electing priests, we're electing politicians. And the founding fathers cleverly separated religion from politics so we don't look like Muslim countries under Sharia law.
