This is all theoretical at this point, but according to the theory of mental plasticity and just based on how they treat a mental illness by it's symptoms, you could potentially brain train away certain symptoms. There's probably some reason or theory regarding why it doesn't but if you find you have a mental illness, it might be worth a try if a symptom is bothering you.


I would say get some help designing how to do your particular program for your disorder from a doctor if you want to try that, I don't know all the symptoms of your particular disorder. Would be better if I came up with some techniques at later point (I will probably let you know my opinions here), I've done some brain training myself and it's helped me tremendously with my schizophrenia.
