I know being a teen or young adult isn't easy.we are surrounded by all type of evil stuff in this generation we have music gangs r worse now the drug abuse and achohol a buse is worse now all this pressure around us trying to pull us in the world.the sexual temptation is really hard for teens and young adults because the body is changing and the flesh loves sin. The devil knows we r for Christ and not for the wrld and he will try any trick he can think of to get us back.I had young bros and sisters go back into the world n its not a good feeling im praying for them though that they will come back and serve God again.young kids these days r living for the flesh and for gangs and not for Jesus but we can't judge them we have to pray for them that Jesus would open their eyes like our eyes were opened. People live n die for flesh and temporary things us young adults n teens lets live for Jesus and only for him.lets have people when they thnk about us say o yeah I know that young person he or she is a real warrior or soldier for Jesus. He or.she isn't ashamed to say they servre Jesus and are very happy t osay it.im very happy to say im a Jesusfreak a youth for Christ and a real nerd for Jesus.lets stay confident youths and young adults and be a example for other young souls.I know that when God thinks about me I want him to say that is my son who loves me a true soldier for me he does follow me with all his heart.so all youths and young adults when God thinks about us let it be our mission for him to say thats a true young soldier for me.lets live for Christ youth for Jesus God bless u all

I honestly don't know how I would be able to keep my faith these days if I was a teen. It seems like the current generation from teens up to young adults is not just secular but aggressively anti-christian also. Its disturbing. It always brings to mind this passage in 2 Timothy 3..

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

(2 Timothy 3:1-7 KJV)

I love that section of the Bible and.I agree its hard keeping faith as a youth this days.I have a fair share of falling down im far from perfect but God knows I try but as a young person its tough. But we have to try;) God Bless u

It all depends on you. It does not matter whether you're young or old, if you want to maintain a relationship with God you just will do it. I am relatively young (I am 17 years old) but I do not think that in today's world is so hard to be a Christian (or any other person who believes in God). Temptations were, are and will be. Such is life, we need to know what is right and wrong. Sometimes, only just by trying we come to the conclusion that something is wrong or good.

Greetings & may God bless you

Being young and a Christian is not hard unless YOU make it hard on yourself. If you see temptation then walk away and avoid it all together! God will give you the grace and strength to be a Christian at a young age; "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:13. Remember that. Also pray pray! for your family that needs Christ in there life! We are here as Christians to show other people and be an example to others about what a Christian is and can be with Jesus in there life. "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12

Christian teens face temptation every day, and not everyone is prepared to overcome those temptations. At some point most people are faced with the desire to submit to sin, whether it is gluttony, sex, gossip, cheating, and more. Sometimes those temptations are minor, so they are pretty easy to overcome, but other times the desire seems too great. Remember, though, that temptation is not the sin, even Jesus was tempted. We only sin when we give into the temptation.
In 1 Corinthians 10:13, the Bible states that God can show you how to escape from your temptation. Allow yourself to see that escape. If you know your temptations, know how you can overcome.
While avoiding temptation makes life a lot easier, it can be discouraging when we do give into that sin. We all make mistakes. That is why God offers us forgiveness. While you should not sin knowing that you can be forgiven, you should know that God's grace is available. So 1 John 1:8-9, "If we say that we have not sinned, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth isn't in our hearts. But if we confess our sins to God, he can always be trusted to forgive us and take our sins away," to that list so you know that God will always be there ready to catch you when you fall.
