*Shrug* I'm just trying to find the good in her that's all. Trying to look for what is good and admirable in a person doesn't mean you have to be attracted to them or even want to become friends with them.

But then again, with some people, if you even just pay them an innocent compliment or attention, they think you're romantically interested in them when you aren't. I hate when that happens because then I'd have to get really blunt them....

You know, that makes me wonder if that ever happened to Jesus when He was here. I'm pretty sure He showed kindness and attentiveness to everyone. Had any women ever mistakenly thought He was interested in them? That's something I would like to ask Him when this age is over, and how He would have handled that.

Was what I was responding to. About her looks. What kind of person she is has nothing to do with it.

She grew up in Queens (NYC) as did I so I always support entertainers that come from that borough: Adrian Brodey (The Pianist), the original members of KISS, LL Cool J (Around the Way Girl), Howard Stern, Ray Romano, Jon Favreau (Chef, Swingers), Carol Alt, etc. - even Donald Trump!

She's colorful, but I guess she has to be as an entertainer. One of the things I've always liked about her is that she is very good to children, always encouraging them to stay in school. As she did - she actually got into the very competitive Fiorello La Guardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and graduated from it.

But anyway, she finally got married and she is now all about her little boy!

Wow I never would have guessed that Carol Alt was from Queens. Some of the names you mentioned brought back memories of when I lived on the east coast. I used to listen to Howard Stern in the 80s, then I moved away and couldn't get him on the radio anymore. Nicki's not my type, but I'm sure a lot of guys find her attractive. Didn't know she graduated from a distinguished performing arts school. That's interesting.
