Many times the trees are missed looking for the forest. This is one of those times for me. The issue is not, as I initially thought, about excessive worry. The KJV translation is more accurate and says "take no thought" or "don't think about " your life or what you are eating or drinking or wearing. (Note: it does not say give no thought to preserving your life, or no thought about eating or wearing clothing. It does say give no thought to what you are eating, drinking, etc.) Big difference.

The real issue is the things that are more important than the quality of food, cloths, or even life itself. That should be what's in your thoughts....

At least that is what I think....

Mat 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Mat 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Php 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

If we seek the righteousness of God wanting to be Christlike He will supply our needs.

So what is there to worry about.

2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

1Jn 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

If we worry about our needs is that fear which is not made perfect in love.

And love is the fulfilling of the law.

Also we would not have faith in God to provide.

But the promise of needs supplied would not apply to the hypocrites.

For they are not seeking the righteousness of God.

And the people who are following righteous they cannot be lazy.

For they have to make an effort to supply their needs.

It's saying not to trouble your heart of not having a source to provide for your family and or yourself, that God will always provide for His children or those who does His will.
Like the wildflowers in the fields, who takes care of them. They don't have some type of source to provide for themselves, but they are being taken care of by God. And God said, if He is taking care of them that has less value to His work, how much He will take care of those who is more valuable than those lilies.

Like in the story of Elijah, when he was living in a poor widow home that she was a part of Jezebel's people who worshiped another god. That she had done for Elijah during the famine that she welcomed Elijah into her home, that God rewarded her for that by providing for her and her son throughout the entire famine until the famine was over


Luke 12:27
“Consider how the wildflowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.

God provided for these people years ago. But now most people have forgotten about His works

 
Jesus was describing what the Jews who entered the earthly kingdom could expect. As when they finally become the nation of priests that was originally intended, God will provide for them.

You all need to read the full chapter to understand. You can't get much understanding when you all only read it by a verse.
The biblical scholars put verses into chapters to cross reference each section to another book is to help them to find the true translation of the meaning of certain words.
But there are still many mistranslations in the Bible like firmament (Sphere) and consecrate (Baptize).

This is her reason what she uses verses for. But you have to read the whole to get a good understanding.
I know the bible is boring that will make you fall asleep. That you can only put a little of time to read it by jst reading a verse on every Sunday, but the rest of the week, you will have time to read romance novels

God provide the Jews in Sinai wilderness food (manna) and clothes that did not wear out. However, this has not been observed since and may not until the earthly kingdom has been established.

I see read further down to

Jesus's question
Will any worry add any moment to anyone's life?

Matthew 6:25-34
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? .


Well? I, personally have not ever to this day, been able to solve any problems I am in thought about, not fully ever.
Temporarily yes, yet, not solved, And trying to solve and not worry over it at all, I personally have never been able to do, has anyone else?
I see the bad, evil roads worry has in past led me too. Anyone else?

I see , now literally, that worry over anything, never once has helped me, only led me down a dark decieving path

So, now seeing what to not worry, really means, is deeper, wider and higher than ever before
I see me not getting into troubles as much as I did get into , when using this grace given me and taking it for granted. I ended up harming others in that process
So, I asked God Father to reveal truth to me. I now see to not worry, not fear, rest anyways while going through anything
What? Hebrews 4:9-13
This love is beyond understanding to the first born flesh people, as I was there and not that I will not ever be there again. I take one day at a time. I leave past behind me, stand in the present and see future not here yet, thank you Lord Content
