OK, so Romney is obviously the frontrunner, and Newt and Santorum are way behind. Here's the thing, my parents don't want to vote at all because Romney is Mormon, and the others are Catholic. But I say, if you don't vote, you have no right to complain about the results. What do you think?

I know atheists who live christian morals... &I know some christians who are utterly hateful, and proabortion, etc.. All I'm saying though.

I don't think you should vote or not vote for someone just because of their religious background/ideals. To me that kind of thinking has no place in the government and only causes more problems.

A vote for the republican candidate (no matter who it is) is a vote against Obama..so unless you think they are worst than Obama, you should vote for them.

Not voting gives more power to the other side (whatever side you hope doesn't win).

I'd go for political views when voting on a candidate rather than their religious views, frankly I'm not quite fond of any one running.

I'd vote for whoever i think is going to do the job right, regardless of their religious beliefs. Obama claimed to be a Christian and now he's supporting abortion, gay rights, and is spending our money like its growing out of his butt on a daily basis.

And whether i vote or not, if i feel my government is doing a bad job, i'm still going to complain. If you disagree, get over it, as thats how i am.

No, Mormons do not believe in the same God as Christians. Mormonism is a different religion. And while Catholics may believe in the same God, their teachings can stray far enough away from biblical to separate them as part of the Christian church.

and it's pretty clear me and you don't worship the same God either..
I mean, if you worship a God who causes pain and sickness, then he isn't worth worshiping.
My God is so loving that He sent his son who willingly came, to die... and forgive me of all my sins, and so that I may experience the kingdom. I don't agree with Mormonism, but you're no different. =)

Wow... how is it up there on your high horse, Mr Pharisee? Got a nose bleed being that high up there?

I do not believe that it is up to you to determine how someone worships the Lord.

James 4:11-12

Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?

I may not agree with a lot of things that you say on here, but dear god there is not an emoticon for the amount of laughter I am experiencing from you using the Neil DeGrasse Tyson meme lol
