They can be from a movie, TV show, video game. Doesn't matter.


I always think of this scene from Planes, Trains and Automobiles. His response after being insulted by Steve Martin's character has always stayed with me.




Any other scenes you can think of?
 
huh thats hard, what about a scene where you think maybe they dont make it but it turns out in the end they do...?

The character thinks someone else is dying but they dont actually die.

I thought about the end of Gone with the Wind but by the end of that movie everyone is dying. Scarlett runs out of Melanies deathbed back to Rhett but then finds out he's leaving her and isnt giving a damn.
