Well I think everyone can relate to that feeling at some point in their life. The answer... read the Word of God daily as though you really do believe God is speaking to you. And as you have faith in what He says He will do for you, ask Him to lead you to a local gathering of believers. He will be faithful to lead you to a group of friends where ever you live. And as you allow Him to use you for His Glory in that local fellowship, you will find a family that will never forsake you, and friends that stick closer than blood relatives. Just believe that He will do this, and don't give up.

I sure get how that is like these days. Also I am feeling at times very lonely lately. Moving to another country where you don't know so many isn't always so easy. I don't miss my family, but I miss my friends the most. They have been my Real Family! Especially my Christian friends, we have been building up a lot of Good bonds between us through the years together, we still will, but now more through snailmail, and maybe some few phonecalls, and some few visits. I Miss deep conversations about God and life, and doing nice things with friends.
But still, what Scribe says is also Very Encouraging and I beleive true as well. God can bring Good friends into our lives if we ask and let Him, and that's also what I really hope for now soon too. Because the week days whilst my husband is working, it is often Very lonesome being on my own. But I have got in touch with two girls that wants to meet me soon, also during maybe next week, so I am starting well enough with the "friends part", I think... Also, my husband's friend's wife says that I can come by to visit her, so that is nice too. I will go to her in the start of this week.
So, well... I am sure God is there working on it for me, and I am sure He will be doing the same for you too! So hold on there! God sees you and are listening to your prayers! God Cares for you!
