I have lost my violins, my bills are over due, I am attempting to file bankruptcy. Someone put a drug on me and I have an addiction now. Also my blood sugar levels are pre-diabetes level again. My schizophrenic symptoms are aggravated, and I am very paranoid about what's happening. I am really stressed out because of these attacks that are happening.

I am taking a risk by trying to find someone who would file bankruptcy with me only making payments to the laywer. Because I don't have anything except the house and car.

I can't diagnose the challenges you are having or Rx anything. One thing I can do is pray and offer information that might help take the edge off of the anxiety.
I would look into the following nutrients and their effects on mood, safe relaxation without the drug side effects. I would also do some personal research and get any information from any prescriber as to contraindications. For instance, some otherwise healthy things can decrease need for the dosages of those on an SSRI, etc. I'm not saying that you are on anything. I'm just putting out that caution.

1. Vitamin B complex
2. Quality magnesium compounds (ie MgThreonate)
3. Decrease carbs and work towards elimination of processed foods and sugar .
4. Take a walk immediately following the largest meal of the day
Exercise is often more effective than medications for many conditions.
5. Detox program like Dr Jenifer Daniels recommends. It's diy. There's dietary changes and
3 MBs per day and hydration with water. It's low cost and helps the liver do it's job.

I agree with you. This is good advise. I need to get another B complex, I might get one Monday. Taking a talk around the house sounds like good idea after dinner. I think that would make me feel better. I know God has the whole world in he's hands.

I don't take an SSRI thankfully, those things have reverse effect on me, it makes me hurt and have panic attacks really bad. I take respirdal, and depokoteer. Both of them will sap you of your B-Vitamins. And because of the mental illness, it runs out faster anyways.

What happened is after delivery, he told me he didn't find the violin at the warehouse. That UPS didn't give him delivery confirmation, even though tracking showed it delivered. So I thought I was scammed, I thought he might have stolen it. But he's been talking to me, showing me the violin. This comes with paranoid schizophrenia, and bipolar don't help any.

Use this memory. Each and every time a lie appears in your mind, remember this time.

You thought the worst had happened, but it turned out not true, and in fact the violin was safe.

When you think you are in trouble because XYZ, remind yourself that you are in fact safe and the Father has your best interests at heart.

You will have many of these examples, use them as fuel to remind yourself that in fact, things work out more times than they do not, and actually everything will be okay.

So something I wanted to post, is that I am trying to get a pro bono lawyer to help me file bankruptcy. So far it looks like I might be able do this thing. There happens to be a office in my small town, so I am looking for contact from them soon.

Yes your right, it has always turned out well for me. Also it will turn into a blessing. And sometimes I learn why the bad thing was a good thing.

The paranoia really gets to me. Its sad, because I know it's paranoia I have, but it happens anyways.
 
Bad things happened to you in the past. They happened to you, not because of you. You need to forgive yourself, it was not your fault.

You are innocent and your Father in Heaven loves you.

Forgive yourself.

The part of your mind responsible for pattern recognition is overworking, it is looking for signs of why things went wrong, how you could avoid it in future. This overworking has led to fear and what you know as paranoia. The Father is not upset with you, nor should you be with yourself. The curse will be removed, I assure you. Have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. You are dearly loved.

Credit card companies run by big banks charge usury at 30% interest rate on their cards. If you are going to file BK, perhaps you can load up on some essentials and max out your cards for your daily living NEEDS because your credit will be trashed. To be clear, I'm not saying you do this, but only you know your own situation, but maybe you can reset with some breathing room.
 
@jacko good advise I think. My credit cards are maxed out however, and have been closed. I put them into a debt management program called Trinity debt management.

I still have another way to borrow money, but right now because I defaulting on all my credit cards I have lots of money available each month.

Right now I am attempting to not file bankruptcy, still looking for the money from that first violin. If I can get that money right there I can not file bankruptcy. I can make it if I get that money, but just barely.

So Trinity is closing anyways, and I made the mistake of calling the credit card company to tell them about my problem. I was calling them to try and work out my problem with them, but it ended up turning into lots and lots of pain, anxiety and fear. Right now I still have the shakes from talking to them on the phone.

But I will be filing bankruptcy because they did that too me. I think I would qualify for debt forgiveness because of how much interest I have paid them. It's about 2 times more than what I owe right now.

I will be contacting the pro bono office tomorrow, as they called me this afternoon but I missed the call.

If the money comes in from the violin I can use that to pay off some of the affirm bills, some of the smaller ones.

But I never can pay the credit cards now because of how high the late charges are. I am forced to file bankruptcy.

I do see you had a bit of trouble with the credit card company and money in general. Please, do not be anxious, you are so much more important than money.

As someone who filed BK almost 30 years ago due to some bad investments. A fresh start sometimes is not a bad thing. Right after filing Chapter 7 BK, I was able to get a credit card in 6 months. I was glad to not have any high interest credit card revolving debt. How much CC debt do you have?

Pay the minimum if you can until the balance (for food and essentials) is at the maximum, then file BK for maximum leverage and relief.

At the moment I am attempting to look over things. Trying to find a way to make it. I have money coming in future but it little bit out of reach. Tax return money, I am hoping to get a $600.00 income tax credit. Violin being sold by auctioneer, I am hoping to get 1.7k hammer which would give me 1.3k. Then later in year dividend from Trump. Plus, the violin at Tarisio can still be sold by Tarisio, if they would only list the thing.

What I have is some short term loans with affirm. Many of them are 2m - 4m. If I can only get the money to pay those small laons with affirm I could get my budget up enough to make it. February I can have the income tax credit + my taxes. Right now I have 3 project flutes. I have 2 of them with sterling silver flute heads that are .915 silver. There is at least 2.8 oz in each one. Plus I am attempting to sell back an intermediate flute, without fixing it. It too has solid silver head, but the flute complete is worth at least 250.00 in it's current condition.
