Ever since in August, I got this tenderness pain on my right thumb and I would like prayer that my condition recovers as soon as possible. During that time, I didn't do much in life but laid in bed a lot and mainly, I was on a higher dose of my antipsychotic medication because of a personal reason and I believe that's why my cholesterol skyrocketed a lot higher on my blood test results. So I think it's a circulation issue due to cholesterol buildup in the artieries and that it's blocking the blood flow. I did research online on nutrition that reduces the amount of cholesterol plaque in the arteries and found that vitamin K2 doesn't reduce it but only when you take it now that it will move the calcium that goes to your arteries currently, to the bones. However, I learned that omega fish oil and aged garlic extract can reduce the amount of cholesterol plaque that you have, so I am going to get the garlic supplement. I am trying to use useful supplements along with better diet and exercise to hopefully reverse this problem I currently have. Thank so tremendously for the prayers!
