please pray for my passed husband

Hello,
My husband passed away in a water accident 2 weeks ago in Hawaii on our vacation. It's the worst time in my life. We loved each other so deeply. But I'm in China now, it's not easy find a real church to pray for him. so, if possible, please pray for him.

Sorry to hear about your husband, but not likely to find many here to pray for the deceased. It is not biblical and seems to be more of a Catholic idea.

Thank you. Actually I need spiritual help but don't know how to do it.
 
Lord I Prayer for Virginia that you would bring your
comfort to her at this time and draw close to her.
Strengthen her and give her rest.
Work out any practicalities for her. Let her know you
are with her and may your peace rest over her household.

[1] He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall
abide under the shadow of the Almighty. [2] I will say of the
LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will
trust." [3] Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler

I pray that God will bring you comfort in your sorrow and grief. Call upon Him with all your heart and soul and He will hear from heaven and console you. I wish I could give you a real hug. *hugs*

A kind word at a time of greaving can help so much. I pray that the Lord comforts you and helps you in this time, and always know your not alone.

So sorry to hear that. God is close to the broken hearted.. (Psalm 34:18) Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. (James 4:8)

As someone else mentioned, as he is now passed we shouldn't pray for him. However I will pray for you and those close to you both. God works all things together for the good of those who love Him.

You said you need help and don't know how to do it. You don't have to do anything sis, give all your burden to Him and let Him direct your path day by day. He needs to be in the driver's seat.

May God be your comfort in this time of need, and also use the Christians here on cc and those there in China to minister to you and yours. This is not an easy time for you, i know, but it could be a time when you get to know the Lord deeper and see how good, loving and and kind He is. May He hear your heart's prayers and answer even before you ask. In Jesus' mighty name.

Though I was there when he passed away in hospital, I'm still not able to accept it. I dreamed him several times and there are illusions that he would come home. My parents are old and love him as their son, I tried not to cry too much in front of them.I don't think I can get through this by myself. life looks meaningless, this may be the worst thought now, but I can't get it out of my mind.
 
I feel you need emotional support, we are here, you are never alone. Maybe you can talk to a doctor or someone you feel comfortable with just to know someone cares. I cry all the time about my life, and I to am dreading when my husband gets worse. I am here for you virginia.

What a great idea to connect with people here who understand the power of prayer. I consider it a privilege to pray for you.

"Righteous and merciful father in heaven, who is ever present in our time of need, and knows our thoughts before we speak them, I come to you in faith right now, trusting your sovereignty in every situation. I ask you to comfort this precious soul, your child, and make your presence known to her, as she grieves and is reaching out for help.

I pray that you will show her in big ways and small ways that you are a God of love, and that nothing is too difficult for you. Please wrap your arms around her and speak peace into her soul and give her the strength she needs to endure and move forward.

I have said a prayer for your passed husband to be with Jesus. Before He even created the world He heard this prayer and will certainly answer it. I have said a prayer for you also as you need prayer even more because you are among the living.
