I’ve been having trouble getting a job. I have severe anxiety when I get a job, and I have a hard time getting a job to begin with. Please pray for me to get a job that I love and pays well enough to support myself, with no anxiety or fear. Thank you. !

I understand full well about work anxiety. I ask God each day to remove my fears and anxiety before going to work. I will pray for God to steer you to a suitable job win adequate compensation and to deliver you for the few that is holding you back.

I don’t mind praying for you, that’s what family does. But, from my own experience allow yourself to get specific as detailed as you can regarding what type of job you are looking for.

Some people will state that they don’t bother God with little things. Are you kidding me, God loves details, and God just wants you blessed.
The other reason is, if you are getting specific, it gets your mind focused on your believing and you will know when a job becomes available, if it matches your criteria, that is the one and you are not settling for second best.

Dear Lord,

I pray today for Ysabel to find meaningful work and a place she can fit in. Lord God, I pray a blessing of peace over her that she may not worry about tomorrow, only live for you today.

Jesus tells us in Mathew 6:34:

"So then, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Today has enough trouble of its own."

Father God, we stand firm against Satan's feasible attempts at using anxiety to disrupt Ysabel's productive work life. Let not one person or thing stand in the way of her glorifying your kingdom through her important work while she is here on this earth.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray,

Oh you got it. I've had my bouts with unemployment and worse. It sucks... a lot. Also remember Matthew 6:33... seek Him first, and He'll take care of the rest.

I know how you feel, But I'm at the point of looking for work being a lost cause.

I am so sorry to hear that. I'm assuming you are in Canada, and the jobs are more scarce where you're at.

I pray to Father God for your provision and seek His protective hand over your life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear precious sister.
May I suggest you read through the Book of Psalms and talk with God about it. High lite all verses that jump out to you and put them on whatever site you use such as open office. Read it every day and talk with God about it.

If you would like to practice your interview skills I will gladly help you. I was an English teacher in China for ten years and taught many courses on how to write resumes, how to dress for interviews, how to conduct one self during a interview.

You are on my prayer list.

I will pray for you, Ysabel!

I believe that if you wake early and read God’s word, as much as is comfortable with you then you would manifest strength and confidence throughout the day. I counseled a person in like way and he testified that it made a different at work. :)

Ysabel, May you find a job you like and with good coworkers that will not only give you income but also friendships! May you soner than later be able to minimize anxiety and be able to enjoy your work and the new challenges! I've also been in similar situations but with effort and positve thinkign and guidance from prayer we can better our present and give thanks to God. Amen!

Father I pray for Ysabel. You know all these things that are happening in her life. Bring deliverance to her from the anxiety that she is dealing with! Allow her to time to make good decisions in her life. Draw close to her so she knows You and can feel Your presence! Thank you Father!

Lord Father Almighty, God of glory and Joy of all who sorrow. By visiting the prophet Elijah, You saved the widow of Zarephath of Sidon from starvation and abundantly blessed the apostle Peter with a miraculous catch of fish. Heed the voice of our prayer and visit with Your consolation Your grieving servant Ysabel. Enlighten her, make her wise and grant her to find a way out of her unemployment. Grant her to find a suitable job so that she can earn her living honestly. Help her not to make any mistakes so as not to get into trouble. Heal her from depression, fear and pathological insecurity. For You are the God who works miracles. Save and preserve her and us all from debt and severe poverty. And may the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Trinity be glorified throughout the earth. Amen.
