Just struggling a bit. Anxiety is kind of high. Got a doctors appt Friday for a private health issue but woke up this morning to discover a past filled tooth a piece broke off. It's really just been a season of issues starting with a severe eye infection.

I suppose to some degree it is the obvious pain or discomfort but more so the idea of cost to treat or fix it. We all know how that is.

The worst part is I think the mentally low seasons affect my physical health more than id like to admit. Not having the energy to care as much as I should and then in these moments lacking the discipline to eat or drink healthy things. I just grab the easiest or best tasting for some sense chemical release to the brain of something good.

He has given us the spirit of power, love and a sound mind.

1 John 4:18-21

{4:18} There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear:
because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made
perfect in love. {4:19} We love him, because he first loved
us. {4:20} If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother,
he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath
seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? {4:21}
And this commandment have we from him, That he who
loveth God love his brother also.

Also, 1 John 4:7-21

'Let us pray to know that anxiety is not compatible with one's health, and I hope
and pray you confront this with vigor. I pray your concerns are focused on striving
for the necessary discipline in your health issues.

'And I hope and pray you have presence of mind to keep God in your life.
I pray your needs are attended to, with hope that all will come to be fulfilled.
I pray of these words to be "heard".
'Amen'

take a walk at the park and get the endorphins going, get the heartrate up. use this time to thank God for the things you do have.
