And me too pleaseI'm having issues with the link also. Can a subscriber please message me.
Because she's not a subscriber she can't utilize the site email system unless a subscriber starts a conversation with her. You wouldn't be aware of the change because long term users were grandfathered in when we changed the setup.

That's correct. Only responses are available to non-paying members. Starting PMs is not possible if non-paying.I might be wrong about this, and if I am, I hope someone will correct me and give us the most up-to-date answer.
Even if a subscribing member does contact you (a non-subscribing member,) it does not activate all subscriber privileges for the non-subscriber.
The non-subscriber can only make PM replies to the subscribing person who initiates a PM exchange; the non-subscriber cannot then go on to PM whomever they want like a subscribing member can.
However, I could be wrong about this.
I'm hoping @Oncefallen or whoever knows about this can clarify.
Thank you to whomever can answer this!![]()

Robo is the owner of this site
If someone were to PM you and include him, you could converse that way
Do you and @Tararose still need someone to do that for you?
I have initiated a PM with Robo including you and @GiveThanksWell I tried it a few more times and it still didn’t work, so yes - as we still have no way to contact him ourselves.
It is all a bit strange, I know it’s a big site And lots of people... but the owner is the only paid person on the site, according to the info I was given when I enquired about how the finances of the site work - and he also seems to be the only one who can help with many of these issues.
I really do appreciate we can all use this site for free, and that it must take some maintaining. It is no light task, but perhaps someone (That the owner takes notice of) could suggest some of the volunteer moderators etc be more hands on and also be allowed to deal with Issues that arise . It makes sense surely if he is not really on, here much, or able to keep track/help with the problems as they arise.
Just my 2 cents worth.
Thanks Magenta. I wonder how long it has been since that link has been out of use?I have initiated a PM with Robo including you and @GiveThanks![]()
