My name is Joseph, and I am passionate about helping people. I am a survivor of abuse, and I have struggled most of my life with mental health issues while trying to find a place in society. I felt I didn’t belong or fit in. I have had my fair share of both storms and struggles but am fortunate enough to have weathered the storms and seasons of my life. At an early age I was introduced to the God I serve and still do.

I enjoyed your introductory post, Joseph.

By the grace of God, I have weathered a few storms in my life too.

It is great about your passion for helping people as that is what being a Christian is all about.

I will pray for God to address your mental health issues. I would not worry too much about finding a place in society as Jesus has overcome the world and is drawing us out of it.

I commend you on your service to God. I try to be of service to God also but often come short or fail.

Don’t feel alone, I’m hoping that your being here helps to show you that sometimes ill feelings are ok. I try not to think about things I can’t help with or change. Not a great answer but sometimes just trying to make my day positive. So I’, sending positive waves your way..good wishes.

Welcome Joseph, abuse can leave deep scars, and all people have some mental issues, it is just a matter of how bad they are. Keep striving to do better.
