I came here because I was hoping to hear some good feedback and advice on life issues from spiritually mature people. And I have seen many good comments and advice. I am here to make friends who know the Lord deeply and I can confide in.

However, I am dismayed by all of the comments from people who appear to be trolls and do not believe in Scriptures. It would be good if there was a private feature or some kind of way of making breakout rooms so you could make small groups. That way you can discuss with people who you feel can share uplifting and truly scriptural conversation with maturity and not individuals just being silly and trolling. It's easy to misconstrue comments on the Internet and there's always a bunch of people who want to throw a spanner in a moving machine.

I can't say anything in regard to the comments that you are dismayed about (as this is the only post of yours that I've read so far), but as far as communicating privately with another member, or creating a small, private discussion group with several members, that is a feature that is readily available to every CChat member with a single caveat, you need to have 5 Likes and 20 Posts to do so (perhaps someone could confirm those numbers for me? @Magenta?).

It looks like you already have the number of needed "Likes", so just keep posting and you'll be able to create a PM/Private Message/Private Conversation in no time. BTW, the easiest way to go about starting a PM (when you are able to) is by holding your cursor over another member's name or avatar and then clicking on the blue button that appears when you do (it has the words "Start conversation" in it).

Hello David! And welcome, Mordy!!! In order to initiate a private message, one must either be grandfathered in (have an account predating May 28, 2018) or be a paying member, however, if a new member who is not financially supporting this site is invited into a PM by someone who can start one, they are free to participate. As far as I know, PMs can only have maybe as many as 22 people in them. It could be 21, but I am not absolutely certain of this number. So if someone is going to leave the site and become a guest, they should depart any group PM they are in so they are not taking up a space that could be used by another member

It is possible to start your own private group but you must be a paid subscriber to do so. However, you are allowed to respond to any messages (conversations) that are sent to you. Not too many trolls here, they usually only last a day or so before getting banned. You are right in saying that there are many good comments and advice. Glad to have you onboard with us. Thank you for the great advice. There are some trolls that I have blocked now. Don't feed the trolls as they say. However sometimes you do need to rebuke people that give very bad advice. I want to be rebuked with the truth of scripture. Just as the word says, faithful are the wounds of a friend and beware of the kisses of the enemy.

Amen. For years that scripture has sustained me that the joy of the Lord is my strength. As well as songs that have the same kind of joy. God is good and I will keep praising him and pushing back the enemy from trying to tell me that I am not victorious in Christ Jesus. In Christ Jesus, we can focus ....do not be given into temptation of the flesh. However, some people here try to tell you that letting a little bit of temptation go into the flesh somehow OK. So I rebuke that.

Hello Mordy. I too am looking for spiritually mature individuals that are weaned from the breast and ready to eat the meat of the word, The hidden manna. Most have no idea of what I speak of. Are you one of the few who understand?
