I'm the only Christian I know, my parents won't let me go to church and my friends couldn't care less about religion. I'm feeling really alone right now, and I just wish I could talk about Jesus with someone my age.

Anyone on here have any advice?

Although I don´t like having friends younger than me, will you allow me to say you could broad that AGE GAP you already set for you?

This grumpy hermit sees that, at that "present" limitation you already mentioned, you could also give a welcome on ONE woman I would recommend as friend: Violet

She´s the most fine person I have read about and, if you like "Tigger", she dances and jumped similar ways.

I'm so sorry to hear that they won't let you go to a church and your friends don't care about your faith either. Don't worry, you're not alone.

It is our cross we have to bare, like Jesus told us. We would be hated by everyone for Christ's sake, so we're blessed because of it, even you. Welcome to CC by the way! :) I have no friends either in real life that are Christian, they are all atheists. Here I have made some good friends that are Christian, though! I hope this site and its many nice members will make you feel welcome. If you would like to talk with me, feel free to PM me at any time.

Thanks for all your replies! You guys are so lovely :) I certainly wouldn't mind the age gaps - a good friend can be found in any age. I just assumed that only people my age would want to be friends with me (oops). I hope I can become a good friend as well as finding others who support me x God bless you all!

You have the upper edge, the VICTORY, the final eternity with JESUS CHRIST..they don't. You are an heir and joint heir with JESUS CHRIST..they are NOT. You have nothing to be ashamed of...they do. You have a whole new family of believers..they cannot phathom that at all. You have the Holy Spirit, your Comforter. at your disposal, guiding and directing you, they have NO idea. You have an awesome future, a GOD ordained plan, and Supernatural things coming your way....they are rejecting it. You and GOD are pals, they only have their limited same mind-set little click. You have GOD's WORD, the BIBLE, as a roadmap..they don't know how to read a roadmap that would save their souls. IT was meant for you to choose CHRIST....so are they, but they choose to lose CHRIST. You will hear "Well done, thy good and faithful servant" one day...they will hear "Depart from ME, for I never knew you!!!!"
