Has anyone done the Myers-Briggs personality test? If, so, was it revealing? Was it helpful?
I discovered that I was an INFJ personality. I found it very helpful in understanding myself.
Any thoughts?

By the way I see you have been posting mostly in the Bible Discussion Forum. That is... unfortunate. Ostensibly that is a place to discuss Bible topics, but it has sadly degenerated into an arena for people to beat each other over the head with the Bible and claim "I'm more spiritual than all of you and you're all not real Christians."Has anyone done the Myers-Briggs personality test? That personality test has come up a lot here. Here's the general breakdown of responses:
A: "Oh yes, I took that test. Turns out I'm a (list of four letters) which means I (have these personality traits) and that is just SO me!"
B: "Nah, I don't need any personality test to tell me who I am. I am me. I can't be quantified by an internet question list. Might as well do those personality quizzes in girls' magazines." (This one is my reply.)
C: "That thing is OF THE DEVIL! You should repent for taking that personality test, you SINNER!!!" (You've already seen that one.)![]()
Like I said, I'm with the B response. My personality can't be put in a box with a checklist of traits. That's educational, but the question was have you done it.

2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. We aren't called to analyze ourselves but to live to Christ.

I took a test to find out where I was from, and the result was Rivendale, but I'm pretty sure there are a few peopleLike I said, I'm with the B response. My personality can't be put in a box with a checklist of traits.
I think INTJ and ENTJ are the best. If you are INFJ already, you're probably only a few questions away from being the best in your category. Just try to be more objective and truthful. Less of those pesky feelings and subjectivism.Has anyone done the Myers-Briggs personality test? If, so, was it revealing? Was it helpful?

Did you see the thread on Bingo (the game)? .Pretty sure you were taking a very different kind of test there...
Although a certain forum number would probably say that test is equally satanic.![]()
