How to you chat on live chat? It is saying that I need to registar however I have done so. Suggestions??
 
Have you verified your account? I think you get an automated email with a link. Once you click on that link, your registration is then verified (a modus to combat bots I think).
 
If the email thing doesn't work, you may need to contact a mod for this. On the main page that opens when you first log in, scroll to the bottom, near the bottom is a link that says 'View Site Leaders', click that and you should be able to pick one and message them directly about the issue. I suggest only contacting them when you've exhausted other measures, such as trying this forum. I would not suggest making a regular habit of contacting them with every problem.

If he hadn't verified the account he wouldn't be able to post in the forums. I have a feeling that he's trying to chat from the guest window instead of logging into chat after logging into the forum page.

Which is still doable from what I've seen. But you need some skills. ;)
