I have in other threads here. I am tired of repeating myself. To briefly sum it, if one is eating 5,6 7 meals a day, they are grazing. For sustainable health, one needs to give the digestive system time to digest the previous meal before stuffing the stomach with another one. If a person keeps eating, lets say every 2 hours, the food is fermenting and putrefying. That leads to inflammation, oxidation, increased cell multiplication, and a host of other health issues in the long term. There are other reasons too, like energy expenditure, transit time, and more.
