I was wondering if anyone here listens to Justin Bieber.
He claims to be a Christian but I don't see many of his songs about God.

Maybe the song pray.

I think he is a pretty talented kid for sure! I also think its important to pray for him as Christians.

Well some people have talents they use to make money that are God given talents... but then after that they turn it into things for selfishness.... hes probly a good kid but is gonna make bad choices.... look at Miley Cirus... kids choice awards on nikolodian last year or the year before talking about God but not anymore... she found a wordly high she dosen't want to elt go of
 
Yeah that has happened to alot of famous people!

I know he grew up in a Christian home but all this fame happened so fast it could be hard on his faith.

I have also heard of singers becoming Christians after they have been famous and begin to sing about God
 
Don't care for the music, but if what he said in that Rolling Stone interview is true that's great.
 
I can't stand his songs, but the song Pray sounds interesting even though I havn't heard the whole thing.... I'm not a fan of his music at all.... If he had more Christian songs, that'd be cool... :)
 
I mean, Eminem stated he's christian too, in my opinion you aren't christian by just saying, YES I AM CHRISTIAN, it's more the way you act and look at things in life.
But i do not listen his music :p

Most likely it is a marketing ploy similar to what was used with Miley Cyrus. They'll keep him clean and respectable until the market he appeals too is no longer preteen and young teenage girls, and is instead older teens and people in their 20's.
 
I never understood the hatred expressed towards him on the internet. I don't like his music; but that is not a good reason to hate him.

As for his stance on God; care.
 
Justin Beiber > All the haters. He got where he is from hard work and never giving up. Respect that.
 
Personally, I oppose Justin Beiber. (Not just because he sucks. :|)
He's Christian, yeah. But all of his songs are about chasing after girls.
I'd like him a lot more if he'd sing about "chasing after GOD".

His listeners get sidetracked by trying to find love. It's distracts us from our true love, HIM.

I have to take back everything I ever said about him now that I realize he really is a christian. He actually went to Isreal to trace the steps of Jesus and pray in the holy places. The paparazzi wouldn't leave him alone though.

he claims to be one and his song pray is pretty good it makes me want to cry!!:o
