Job 35

Elihu is blaming job for having empty words and blaming him for saying that he doesnt see God

v9 People suffer greatly. They cry for help when their rulers are cruel. v10 But nobody calls to God, although:

· God made us all;

· God gives us songs that comfort us at the saddest times;

· v11 God teaches us more than the animals;

· God made us to be wiser than the birds.

v12 But God does not answer the cries of such people because they are proud and evil. v13 God does not listen to the hopeless cries of these people

He also says that cruel people wldnt call out to God..too much pride and perhaps complaining..

As he thinks Job is doing it to God

Elihu continues saying that Job spoke without wisdom concerning God not being right or not being there. He also talks about how sin can affect. Sin hurts us and others. It affects our lives and our relationships, and more importantly our communion with God because it drives our hearts away from God. Although, God never leaves us and is always there for us, waiting. Living godly, opposed to living sinful, "...has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."
