I remember the first time You came to me
I was unsuspecting , so unaware..
For so long you have been in me
Then from Gods womb You appeared ,
I saw your sweet bare feet ..

You were facing me ,
Your palms the were open
You looked at me
No words, only a smile was spoken

You caught my attention
I could not speak
I saw the hem of your robe
And then your bare feet

The neckline was loose
Not tangled or worn
Your jaw it was chiseled
Your hair was adorned

By a ray of soft light
I looked at you
Your lips they then parted
Your words were a few

You told me you were coming
Do not be afraid
The mountains would tremble
The earth it would quake

like birthing pains
contractions will start
But from it would be nothing
That would tear us apart

From the womb
you are the pupil
Of your fathers eye
one nation, one birth
A celebration on high..

from there Your father took me
So I could clearly see
You first hand
Winking at me ..

in Your word, I will rest
For you have reassured
Your coming to reign
On this earth for sure

I will wait , I will look
In this roaring sea
For your feet to calm the waters
For your voice to calm the sea.

You spoke like my God
With words that I knew

Cute!
That reminded me I was jelous when my exwife loved Him that way. I saw Him as a rival, and I was wrong: He was to glue it.

This was a really good poem. So touching. Thank you for sharing.
