I try to get plenty of sleep, and I'm not over weight, yet I'm someone that feels drowsy a lot. Is there anything natural a person can take for this?
Also I take a high blood pressure medication. I'm not looking for something natural for that. The high blood pressure thing is a complicated.
I'm no biochemistry rocket surgeon pharmacologist, but some naturalpathic physicians I've followed for years of health training say that BP drugs can cause drowsiness. It might even be listed as a side effect if you read the unabridged list.
Today at church my friend told me his mom is going down hill very fast. Guess what? It doesn't sound like the tumor. I recently saw her and she was eating well, alert and talkative, looking heathy. What happened?
Pharmaceuticals is my educated guess. "Polypharma" is a term they use to describe a person who is over medicated. It's easy to die from Tylenol, and over half a dozen meds that will shut down the kidneys and liver tomorrow. I'm not saying this as a recommendation for you. I didn't put you on anything and can't take you off . What she needs is likely to be cleansed of the toxic burden that is killing her faster than a tumor.
Purified water, movement, milk thistle, prune smoothies, or Vitality Capsules until 3 BPs:day. She's zoned out in bed 24/7 now.
Guess what? BP medication.
I just happened to share the point about that med earlier. The rest of the info is to keep under your hat in case you ever have a family member whose doctor asks,. " Have you ever considered hospice?"
Again, I'm not recommending you stop your meds.
Look into the specific med and you might want to talk a quality health care pro about a safe option to reach your health goals.
