meaning to actively and continually protect your inner self—your thoughts, will, and emotions—because the
heart is seen as the source of all life's actions, attitudes, and decisions. To do this, one must guard
what one hears, sees, says, and thinks, ensuring that only good, life-affirming things influence the heart.

What are you struggling in? What type of support? I personally would avoid AG-affiliated churches but that is because of doctrinal disagreements. Especially the need to seek a 2nd baptism of the Spirit. They say it is needed to be empowered but the examples given don't hold much weight. Then with the 2nd baptism, they say tongues should be evident which is bogus. You don't teach a spiritual gift and tongues were not evident in every situation of conversion.
He has His Own in every group who love Him, and He is calling them to Him right now, did He lead you to the church you joined?
I would accept that he did, His sheep know His voice, stay in 24/7/365 contact with Him.
