So I have been watching a lot of Fear Mongering in the media. I know the difference between the real and not real. I want to know

Are Muslims are actually here to usher in Sharri Law?

Do you Believe in Peace for everyone? Even if it apposes those law?

I have read the Qur'an. Do you believe in the whole Qur'an an or just parts of it. The way I see it. You can not believe just bits and pieces. You have to believe in the whole Qur'an. I ask this becaues it says

Surah 2:62 Section 8 Those who believe in the Qur'an and those who follow the Jewish Scriptures, and the Christians and Sabains and those who believe in Allah and the last day, and work in righteousness, Shall have their reward with the Lord; on them Shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

With that said you either believe in your Qur'an entirely not just portions to carry out a hidden agenda. Or you believe in none of it.

So why are Muslims attacking Christians? If you are not following Surah 2:62 of the Qur'an would that not make you a Hypocrite of the Qur'an?

I would like to know.

I want to know! Not a list pulled off of the internet of every single atrocity picked out of the Qur'an. I don't know what I am talking about? I'm sorry but I am not narrow minded. I want a answer from someone who has actually read and versed in the topic. Not a white belt vs black belt.
 
I need an educated response. Is what I am asking for. Not just copy and paste.

I think all of us believe in following just certain parts of the Bible. For instance, are you willing to do all the stoning and killing we could pick and choose Biblical verses to say we are to engage in? Do you eat only certain things? Wear only certain clothes? Make certain days special?

It is only in the way that we decide to read our Bibles that we either include these things, or dismiss them.

For all we know, many of them may view their religion the same way.

You need to know the verse in the quran that deals with abrogation.. Meaning that a verse that is revealed later in the quran which is different or counter to a verse that appears earlier in the quran cancels the earlier verse.. Your verse is in the earlier part of the quran Surah chapter 2..

Here is the verse which establishes the doctrine of abrogation in the quran..

Quran 2: 106 What ever communications we abrogate or cause to be forgotten, we bring one better then it or like it. Do you not know that allah has power over all things..

So later verses revealed in the quran that run counter to earlier verses are deemed better and abrogate the earlier verses which are then considered obsolete..

Yeah, but historically Christians have killed EVERYONE including each other. Crusades, Protestants vs Catholics in Ireland all those years, witch hunts, ect. I think his question is as legitimate as someone asking one of us why the WBC acts the way they do. If anyone has a decent answer then good. I'm not gonna join their religion but at least they have a chance to answer for their crazy piers.
 
I do know some Muslims, a few that have immigrated to America from Iraq. I honestly have never asked them these questions. I do know that they aren't visiting Christian chat forums. I'm with Ugly on this one, find a Muslim group and ask them there.

I know there are at least two different types of Muslims that follow different law's. I don't know the name's.

I want to say something without sounding rude. If you want answers be gentle with your questions. Your first post comes off kind of harsh and accusing. I know when someone has asked me at being a Christian and they'll say something like, Well if you believe in God and read the Bible would you sacrifice your Son if God asked you too? How am I supposed to answer that? That's a hypothetical question. No one has ever asked me that.

No the differenc is that the Sunni believe they gotta destroy everything now till their 3rd Prophed Mahdi comes, the Shia believe that they gotta destroy everything after he came..or the other way around

Acturly its simple. They fight one another because of the fact I stated above and because after muhammed died they got into a fight about who should take his place. The Sunni wanted that someone from the family takes hi place and te Shia wanted to bring someone else in. So thats the 2 reasons why they fight one another
