I'm trying to inform my friends that being against abortion is good, I already told them it's killing a human, and I told them about the ways of the bible. But they won't listen, I am trying to save them from the ways of Satan, is there anything else that I could say to help them understand.
 
Take it home. Hit it were it hurt. What if their mom had aborted them? There are many children in heaven now asking for their mom and dad and beging Jesus to see them but they cant. :(
 
Since this is the Natural Health Forum, I'm going to prescribe goat's milk and peppermint tea.

If we were in the Bible Forum, I'd recommend lots of prayer.

Brother Praise,instead of hitting them with a topic,hit them rather with ones own nature.( 1 cor 13:4-8) For if we say we truly love, then how can we take any life given? verse 5 Love does not seek its own! verse 7 love bears all things,love believes all things and endures all things. verse 8 Love never fails!

If one does not have this same nature,how then can one have the Lord? For this is the very nature Jesus showed each of us. And Jesus said ( john 13:34-35!!!) For if we do not have love one for another,then how can we claim to be a disciple of Jesus?? Do not present this as guilt or condemnation, but rather as a question to them.(Rom 8:1)

Then simply tell them to have a very nice day. As you know brother,we cannot change the heart of man,we can only point to who knows our heart!( 1 sam 16:7) And invite them to look into there heart for themselves. Love does not brag or is ever arrogant( 1 cor 13:4) so our words are measured with grace!( 2 Peter 3:18 and Col 4:6!! May this help both your mind,and there hearts bro.
 
One more point I wish to make,There are many here who have done this,so i would also like to address you as well. I know of no person who has not made mistakes in there lifetime,I for one have made so many! Jesus loves us through our mistakes,people may not, but Jesus does!

There remains no sin, or guilt, or condemnation for any of us! We must learn to forgive self,before we ever can learn how to forgive each other. Jesus came to show us how to do just that!To grow daily in HIS grace!( 2 Peter 3:18) and to learn how, through him, to conquer our tongue! To rule over our sorry flesh we must allow out Jesus to rule over our very minds!( rom 12:1-2) So that YOU may prove!! What the will of God is!! To never think more highly of ourself then we ought to think( verse 3) .

Then please read on from here to verse 20!! This is accomplished by staying always in God's Word!! Day, and yes night! Till your mind triggers his word ,whenever you attacked,or feel as if you are attacked! Pull the trigger on the Word!! That is why you partake of his word in the first place! Shoot Phil 4:4-9!!) from your own mouth yes out loud!( rom 10:17)

Allow God's own peace,and wisdom, and righteousness,and sanctification,and redemption and his most wonderful love to flow through you,like living waters!!( 1 cor 1:30-31 and john 7:38) For by this you will always have joy, and peace in believing,so that you may give the very same to another who needs this!!( rom 15:13) Without God's Word,I do not have much to say anymore!! LOL Hence, how one, through Jesus, controls our tongue! blessing all!

I know a lady who claims to be catholic, and a couple who are pastors, (yet vote democrat) really hard to understand the scales on their eyes. Yet in my early 20's I had one thought of it if it wasn't convenient- yuck (can't imagine now- and i had been saved since 4) so I think there is understanding, and focus on the preciousness of life. Praying for break through for all, the evil is increasing in this day and age.
