Hello brother. I have similar situation. Stay away from soda and pasta. No salt. Sugar is the main culprit. My Nurse practitioner advice for me. Im now stable. It takes discipline. Take care.

we’re keeping the soda at bay

pasta 🍝 well it’s tempting but i guess i need to moderate

and lower sugar intake
