i cant access to the chat

I can't access the chat as well. It says that my nickname is already present in the chat
 
Sometimes maintenance is being done, and sometimes the chat applet crashes. If you're getting the "nickname already in use", it may actually be on your end. Log out of the site, close your web browser, and clear its cache and cookies. Then try logging back into chat.
