I tried making one of these the other day... And let's just say it turned out to be a really sweet, foamy, coffee thing. Lol! The ice apparently just melted in there or something?

I found a recipe that's pretty good.. Though I think it's missing something? Maybe chocolate syrup or caramel or something.. You'll have to decide!
What you need:
1/2 package of instant pudding (whatever flavor you choose.. I used vanilla)
1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee (not hot)
Ice
Milk (any kind soy, almond, skim, etc)
1. Grab a tall cup and fill it with ice
2. Pour milk into that same cup filling it above the ice
3. Pour that cup of ice & milk into a blender
4. Add the 1/2 package of instant pudding and coffee
5. Blend to the consistency you like
6. Enjoy!
Like I said.. I think it needs a little something extra.. But you might like it just like that! Experiment!
