You guys eat a lot of rice right?.....have you ever tried creamed rice?
 
note lots of rice,
south Indian people eat lots of rice,coz there climate is too hot. and consuming rice is suppose to be cold food.
but in north india from where i belong, we eat chapati(circular shape made up of wheat) with any vegetable curry.
indian curry is famous in all of the world.
