My name is Lisa, I came here hoping to find people to talk to. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. I tried reaching out to the 988 crisis line last week. The first night I tried a couple times and no one came online to talk. The second night I waited a little longer and when they did come online everything was so scripted that I felt like I couldn’t talk at all that I had to answer questions all the time and some of them were repeated questions over and over. I’d rather find a good group of Christians to talk to anyway. So, here I am, and I’m doing better than I was last week.

Glad to hear that you are doing better this week than last week. There is a fine group of Christians to talk to here on this site. I suffer from depression and anxiety also but pray each morning for God to lift it for the day. Glad to have you onboard with us. Welcome to CC.
