I hope most of you have heard about 'middle east tomorrow'. (archive)
When I first started overhearing this stuff on the television, I'd thought some of you greyer beards would be on the scene by now, even down to the very point. I'm honestly suprised this has to be my thread.

So, Trump wants to invade the middle east and establish his own reform in Gaza.
This is not new news to me; he's made it apparent that he's been planning this since febuary last year.
He plans to make israel a tourist resort and fill it with casinos; make it something like the las vegas strip.
He also plans to make a board of peace on top of the whole deal.

Everywhere I listen, "Peace, peace!" seems to be the whole selling point.
Of course, it won't come through peace.

The intent of the Gaza plan seems to be to enable Israel's enemies to camp on her own territory. Gaza is Israel. Peace? Arabs and Israel? God warned that the descendants of Ishmael and Isaac would be in conflict. And so it has been for thousands of years. A few Arab nations see the benefit of some kind of peace with Israel. And Israel has more or less forced the nations to leave them alone.

Allowing troops from Turkey into Gaza would a special kind of madness. Whoever thought that was a good idea should have his/her/its head examined.

George Orwell foresaw that the meaning of words would be flipped. In part, that has happened. North Korea claims to be democratic as do a number of other countries. They lie. "Refugee" simply means anyone who wants a better life, not those who risk persecution. "Democrat" means a woke, progressive neo communist who hates all that America used to stand for. And so on........

The best one (or the worst) is "religion of peace". What a joke. And Israel is surrounded by nations that seek "peace" by killing or subjugating everyone who chooses to reject their religion of death. And those nations are invited to be on the Gaza board?

When asked why he invited Putin to join his "board of peace," Donald said Putin "gets the job done." Let's see, what job has gotten done recently? Oh yeah, he invaded a sovereign nation and has been bombing civilians trying to steal their country. Good work, Vlad.

Mr Trump seems unable to comprehend that strength does not mean right. He also does not see that Putin's supposed strength is a sham. Russia has been fighting Ukraine for longer than they fought Germany in WW2. So much for the world's second best army. It's proving to be second rate.
