I have a problem in 2 months im going to be 16, but I dont look at all like im 16. I have the height and weight of a 12 year old :(
Driving is hard cause I have to stretch to push down the peddles, people think Im a little kid and dont believe when I say I5 and think my youger sister of a year and a month is my older sister cause shes like 4 inches taller than me, and a kid in my class was looking at the 4th grade yearbook and said I look excatly the same and I do :(
I dnt where makeup except like conseler and powder and lipgloss sometimes
I mostly really hate my height (4.9) I weight 94 lbs, but im okay with that, but how can I get taller?

I'm 20, and I'm a tiny bit under 5 feet. My 17 year old brother is taller than me, and my 13 year old brother is nearly my height. Most of my friends have taller younger siblings, so I wouldn't be too concerned. At this time, wouldn't count your lack of growth as a hormone issue until you see a doctor about it and get checked out.

Genes dictate how tall you can grow, not any super foods or exercises. Just make sure you are keeping a relatively healthy, balanced diet, and your growth shouldn't be stunted in any way. Everyone is different and grows at there own rate. You may be a "late bloomer" but that doesn't mean you'll never reach average height. Look at your family. You might have some shorter relatives.

Don't worry, you still have time plenty to grow! Your My aunt had a sudden growth spurt at 21, so I'm still hoping for mine. =)

I know what you mean, last year when I was 16, I went to a restaurant and the waiter gave me a kid menu with canyons, it was so embarrassing.

You're still young, you got plenty of time to grow, most women do not stop growing until they are in their late teens, to early 20's, so you've got plenty of time to grow... :)
Even if you don't grow anymore, you're perfect just the way you are, so what if your short, being short really isn't that bad.

Try some mascara or eye liner if you wanna look older, it helps sometimes.

To actually answer your question, genes are the soul factor on your height, so there really isn't much you can do about it... :/
I have heard that stretching will help you grow taller, but I really don't know if that was true or not...

Height is genetic, you're going to be whatever height your genetics give you. I know its difficult at your age now, but trust me, once you get just a few years older even it won't be an issue.
My best friend was petite, and her daughter was as well. Now as adults its not a problem for them.
In HS people always have a problem, for some its height, some its weight, could be acne, hair, or who knows what else.. being petite just happens to be yours. Don't let it get to you though. Its just a temporary thing with people bothering you about it. By the time you get a few years older you'll be getting compliments for it.

Don't start drinking coffee, I heard it stunts your growth lol

I'm sorry sweetie but we can't do anything about our height

I'm 4'11" and my daughter is exactly your height and weight. Short genes just run in our family.

One advantage of being petite is that a lot of guys are attracted to petite women

. Plus when you're 30 or 40, you will look years younger! Other women will be envious ;) .

I, too, wish for more height, but then I see people in wheelchairs or with a disability and I'm so so so so thankful to just be healthy :)

I have to sit on a cushion to drive...it's no big deal :)

Petite women are hot.

Our epiphyseal plate is primarily responsible for our growth. It usually closes at the end of puberty. This usually occurs at age 18 with females and age 21 for males.

Our diet plays a significant role in proper growth & development of your body. If you want to grow taller you might want to eat foods rich in Vit A and Vit D. :P
