GIF Problem

I've tried to post a few moving GIFs today and they post as still shots. Anyone have a clue and I haven't done anything diff to my programming. Also lately about once a day I get some kind of disconnect from CC such as 'Server Not Found' and some weird long typed error code. Is this happening to everyone here or might I have a laptop problem? TIA

The server issues persist, with even another fatal error lasting about four hours a couple of nights ago. I think it was. It is not your device. Many times I go to post or navigate to another page and the monitor just turns to white and the arrow showing the refresh just goes round and round and never stops. It is annoying and concerning and happens all too frequently. As for GIFs. Are these images that you are sharing from another site, using their url, or are you saving them to your device first? If you are saving them to your device first, unlike other images, you cannot change the file name. That is one reason why a GIF will still.

It's working here and I was copying from the GIPHY tab above. In the LPTP Forum yesterday it wasn't working like it is here w/Kermit, it would post a still character.
Also, I'm thankful the Mods fix the problems fast, I just haven't seen this site down so much in the 7 yrs I've been here & thx for the info M😊👍
