What do you think how Christians should achieve to homosexuals?

Maybe you have any experiences with those people ?
 
I don't understand your wording.
But the best we can do is spread the gospel, everything else is between them and God.
 
I was a little confused with the wording as well, but I had a homosexual friend in High School and I just found out my sister is in a homosexual relationship. All we can do is show God's love to them and speak the truth (Word of God). As lightbliss said, the rest is between them and God.
