I was driving a small Chevette about 7 pm in winter in Ontario Canada near Essex the town . On my way to a hockey game I was playing in . 1991 approx . I saw lights up ahead and traffic was stopped on the road and blocking the road some kind of accident. I put on my brakes and my car started sliding sideways on an icy road seemed to pick up speed on the ice . Huge ditches on the sides of the road it was a country road , I was traveling about 40 miles an hr . Sliding sideways and absolutely nothing I could do . I was sure I was going to ram this accident sideways at a pretty good speed . I looked to the Lord and said calmly please help me, knowing only he could do anything. The car immediately straightened out and slowed down and came to a stop about 20 ft before the accident. I did nothing but witness it . And it really boosted my faith at the time . I enjoy rethinking it after all these years . I have many more as well but this one was a direct instant answer to prayer
