I can assure you that if you post and defend heresy you will be removed, other than that we're fairly open to discussion.
people disagree all the time here and they are not removed some even slander and mock and still are not removed but one thing that is not tolerated is heresy so depending on what your talking about yes and no
No heresy would be contrary to what the gospel teaches, you can disagree on things if it were that easy to teach heresy I would have been banned long ago from disagreeing with other people. I am curious though your attitude seems as if you have not had good expereinces on such things what are your core beliefs?

I can think of a forum but i don't think the Christian that monitors the site deserves another one.
Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry, run by Matt Slick, who was a short-time member here some time back.
They used to have a LOT of forums and even a whole area for atheists, agnostics, and secular humanists.

No, it is Christian owned and run, which Reddit is not. But I have not been there for many years
and it has probably changed since I was a regular there before joining here ten years ago. I know
the site got hacked at one point and they also had terribly disruptive ads last time I peeked in.
They have (or had, not sure what is there any more) a JW forum, a Christadelphian
forum (more deity-of-Jesus deniers) and who knows what all else... there was
supposedly Christian moderation but where I was, that was questionable.
Oj ok well the op came from there and I guess he was banned or somethingg so I am wondering if he will last here at all if he isn't already. This is the first time I have ever had to defend the golyhood of Jesus I didn't even know people taught that except for Jehova witnesses
