Due to stressful life events and relational conflict into have been left very very fatigued all of the time. I sleep far too often for my liking, it reminds me of when I used to be depressed.

I am concerned.

Does anyone know a healthy way to decrease fatigue?

Fun doesnt help, and my sleep has minimal effect.

Ask your primary care doctor for bloodwork so you can see blood levels including red blood cells, white blood cell, magnesium and potassium among other things.
Start with that.

This is usually called a CBC (complete blood count) it shows many things including liver and kidney function among other things too. You can also ask for a vitamin d test too in this bloodwork.

I do these myself twice a year.

I got all kinds of fatigue...
Political fatigue
Illegal immigrant fatigue
Bad advice fatigue
Bad news fatigue
And
"I'm just old" fatigue....

So.....
What kind you got?

When asked about symptoms like depression and fatigue, which often go together, I'm in favor of checking physical causes, like having a physical exam and blood tests. I'm also in favor of focusing on health-building foods, since our bodies need more nutrients in times of stress, and our (American) diet tends to be lousy. And, oddly, increasing good exercise often helps, because it helps reduce stress and release happy hormones. Stress is usually a time when we sit down and grab low-nutrient, over-processed comfort foods, which perpetuates the cycle. Often, if you can slow down the stress, or up the nutrition, you can start making headway toward feeling more like you are used to feeling. The physical check-up can help you either find or rule out major issues. I hope you get to feeling better.

This class might be helpful.

I will echo that see your primary doctor, you maybe Vitamin D, B6, and B12 deficient.

As for the spiritual side of it, I suggest reading. I was battling this recently, and reading really helped get me out of the blues because I became focused on what the author was postulating, and whither I agreed or disagreed It.

Exercise is another good way, and music, J.S. Bach’s Lutheran Masses really help, they are like Gregorian Chant for Protestants.

There are lots of potential reasons for this issue.
Mild depression, adrenal fatigue, low hemoglobin, B12 deficiency, dietary causes, mold or other toxins in your environment, etc. etc.

My take is that you need an appointment with a good Nutritionist/ Health Coach.

how can i reduce cholesterol? :/
Exercise is a good start. Lose some weight if that is an issue. Exercise helps there. Fatty foods can add to the problem. Less red meat, more fish, and high fibre diet also help.

One size does not fit all. I don't eat a lot of vegetables, I eat red meat, fish and chicken and my cholesterol is ok. I do exercise regularly. I'm a bit overweight, but a dietician told me that's acceptable these days. Who to believe?

I've added cottage cheese to my diet. I eat walnuts. So nothing special.

Having a mild heart attack a few months ago got me thinking about exercise especially. I'm 74, so I don't go overboard.
