stay in the word, pray, do something that you like to do to keep your mind off things, don't put yourself down, try not to listen to music that you know that will put you in a sad mood, be thankful for every breath, and try to think that the trials your going through are happening for a reason and God is the light in the darkness. Give your problems to God, He's not going to forcefully take them from you, He'll only take them if "you" let them go.. and soak in God's grace.
i know you've prolly heard all this.. but i just wanted to help because i've been struggling with depression for 4 yrs now.. hope it helped somewhat!
