There is nothing secret in God's plan that he will not first reveal to his people. I believe "Daniel's Timeline" by Dewey Bruton correctly identified specific dates concerning the 70 weeks of Daniel and the time of our Lord Jesus Christ's return.
There are too many connections made in his presentation and too many evidences in current events that I can not write them all and remain concise to a point.
"Daniel's Timeline" (1h, 57min) can be found on YouTube. Eclipses can be found on NASA's website. Transcripts can be Googled with the words in quotations. Everything can be verified easily as truth, even in prayer.
In short, Dewey plots specific dates were prophesies of Daniel 9:24-27 should occur. The presentation was recorded in 2005 and focuses on the seven year prophetic week at the end of the 70 weeks.
It predicts our Lord's return to be on the feast of Trumpets October 3, 2016. It also predicted that the abomination of desolation as spoken of by Daniel the prophet and Jesus Christ would stand in the most holy place on March 22, 2013.
Counting back 3.5 years from that date using 360 day years (3.5 x 360 = 1260 days), the starting date of the 7 years was October 9, 2009.
Aside from the abundant evidence of scripture used to calculate these important dates, the presentation in 2005 does not record what actually has transpired on those days.
Daniel 9 spoke of a Prince of peace. Verse 27 says that he will "confirm the covenant with many" for one week. October 9, 2009, the Nobel Peace Prize was announced to be won by Barack Obama. 1260 days later on March 22, 2013, Barack Obama stood in the most holy places in Jerusalem, as he visited Israel for one week.
During that time, Barack Obama stated in a speech to Israel, "Over the past two days I have reaffirmed the bonds between our countries."
"Reaffirmed the bonds between our countries," is fulfillment of "Confirm the covenant with many."
One month later Netanyahu banned Jews from the Temple Mount during the month of Ramadan so that Muslims could worship in peace, fulfilling the sacrifice of their cries to cease and making God's place desolate of his people once again.
There are dozens of other prophesies being fulfilled at this time, and too many connections to remain at all concise.
There is a solar eclipse on September 1, 2016, and Dewey predicted tribulation to end on September 2, 2016. When they say, "peace peace," destruction will soon follow.
