New International Version
Psalm 23
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.

Let us pray troubled families could learn to love and to put away resentments,
and past troubles and focus on coming together with compassion and love.
Praying, God's presence touches the lives of cold hearts and brings about hearts
of love, peace and forgiveness within your family and all families struggling with
a dysfunctional atmosphere.
'Amen'

Psalm 25
New International Version

1 In you, Lord my God,
I put my trust.
2 I trust in you;
do not let me be put to shame,
nor let my enemies triumph over me.
3 No one who hopes in you
will ever be put to shame,
but shame will come on those
who are treacherous without cause.
4 Show me your ways, Lord,
teach me your paths.
5 Guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.
6 Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love,
for they are from of old.
7 Do not remember the sins of my youth
and my rebellious ways;
according to your love remember me,
for you, Lord, are good.
8 Good and upright is the Lord;
therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.
9 He guides the humble in what is right
and teaches them his way.
10 All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful
toward those who keep the demands of his covenant.
11 For the sake of your name, Lord,
forgive my iniquity, though it is great.
12 Who, then, are those who fear the Lord?
He will instruct them in the ways they should choose.[b]
13 They will spend their days in prosperity,
and their descendants will inherit the land.
14 The Lord confides in those who fear him;
he makes his covenant known to them.
15 My eyes are ever on the Lord,
for only he will release my feet from the snare.
16 Turn to me and be gracious to me,
for I am lonely and afflicted.
17 Relieve the troubles of my heart
and free me from my anguish.
18 Look on my affliction and my distress
and take away all my sins.
19 See how numerous are my enemies
and how fiercely they hate me!
20 Guard my life and rescue me;
do not let me be put to shame,
for I take refuge in you.
21 May integrity and uprightness protect me,
because my hope, Lord,[c] is in you.
22 Deliver Israel, O God,
from all their troubles!

My husband has Parkinson's and that means sometime he gets angry at me, We were about to have dinner and i told him about not getting the job i applied for. ( I am having to go back to work out of retirement. ) I was talking about the new jobs i applied for. He got mad and left the house just before dinner. Our daughter and her husband went off the rails when they did not fine him in the neighborhood. ( he was there they just did not see him. ) They started screaming at me . I ruined everything. i was a liar. My daughter yelled so loud everyone in the house could hear her. She said the next time i see my mom will be in her coffin. It went downhill from there.

Huh... I learned something new. Google says anxiety and depression are symptoms of parkinson's. I always thought it was just physical symptoms.

I am sorry for your troubles. Sometimes, it is best to stay away from other family members for a while (if possible), and reflect on what happened. Staying away from others gives you distance and space to sort through what is happening, or just to give you time to get your head around what happened, or even to grieve (I hope this isn't the case).
Perhaps writing a wee journal or diary entry each day might help - it can help your brain sort through all the problems that exist.
I pray you find some peace in the new year :)

James 1:12
New International Version

12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
