I get rashes on my arms and legs after they have any exposure to wind and cold, the doctor just said benadryl and other otc's would work but my legs will still be covered by something and I get this and I'm a pretty healthy person so it doesn't make any sense. I also have Raynaud's it may be connected but not sure. Any ideas?

​I would suggest you research this on webmd.com and/ or mayoclinic.org.. I've never heard of urticaria OR Raynaud's..
