It's kind of interesting because the inner workings of the CCP are generally regarded as very opaque and they have a tendency and trend to being more orderly and not try to make too much waves. I even dare say they are typically very boring. Yet they have hyped this Plenum up hard, it will be interesting to see what happens. It might not be a bad thing for them either, in tandem with everything going wrong for them the opportuntiy to reform under Heaven is a rare opportunity and they have a picture perfect opportunity for it very few generations and regimes ever get a chance at peaceful transition and reform, but China still is a very opaque system to look into so who knows what will happen, hope for the best, but we'll be ready for the worst too, praise Jesus.
