Cant sleep. & no one to talk to

well i haven't been to sleep sense 12pm to days ago & i don't no why & i want to talk to someone but no friends of mine are online:[
 
Aww :\ I just listen to music when i'm about to sleep, seems to work ;p
You can always talk to God though :)
 
There is scripture in proverbs that says reading God's word will put you at rest.
 
Yeahh i was reading the bible and fell asleep yesterday(^_^)
 
hmm,i was thinking about something when u said,"fell asleep after reading Bible"..

Was it true that'"reading God's word will put you at rest", or perhaps that reading Bible is boring,so we can feel sleepy? LOL.

yeah! :) when im troubled or cant` sleep i read the bible :) Amen + Love God and Jesus :) xxxx
 
Lol no reading the bible isn't boring it helps me sleep lol
