Cant get on Chat

unable to get on to chat after upgrade. Is there something i should download? Please help.......

Pappy we put up a new chat app, in beta form. There are issues with it (quickly working on all the issues), but it should work if you have Flash Player 10.3 or above. Can you check your Flash Player version here at this link and tell me what it says:

Can you copy and paste the big orange text in the middle.

I can't get in chat either and the orange text says for me:

Perhaps the chat app that is in beta not yet compatable with Flash player 12 just not yet on windows, take your time getting the bugs out.

I just recently installed Google Chrome on my Kindle Fire 8.9 HD and its still not letting me in chat, plus is there a flash player I can install for Kindle so that I can get into chat once again?

From what I'm gathering people using Chrome are having by far more issues than other browsers. RoboOp is working feverishly to de-bug the programming.

For some weird reason I can't use chat either. I log in and see the featured Bible verses at the right but the chat screen just appears white/blank.

For those of you who are either unable to enter chat or are getting a blank screen when you enter it would be helpful for Robo to know what device, operating system, and browser are being used. As far as I know chat has not yet been configured for mobile type devices.

I am using a desktop computer, windows 7 Home Premium and I have tried it in Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox and none of them work

Try clearing your cookies and your cache. Exit your browser. Completely shut down your computer and reboot. See if that helps. Of all the browsers I think IE for now is working the best.

Please let us know if this works. Meantime, RoboOp (creator of the site) is working feverishly to fix all the CC issues asap.

i got some good news, i was able to download the most current adobe flash player on my kindle fire and dolphin browser. this time more options come up and a white blank screen now comes up, where as before i downloaded adobe and dolphin, nothing would come up. on my end i should be good to rock n roll, still praying that the cc chat issues get worked out.

Hi all one must be patient i know this But here am Double grrrr ,, i totaly wipe my PC last Night and i download an older versions of flash Didnt work,

I have tried online flash from online servers i have tried 4 diffrent PCs even tried most current flash and even tried every PC there is apart from Mac which i will try to night But upto now the only flash i havent tried is the Apple Mac flash i tried just about everything else and every browser there is ,,
Whats wierd is people are getting on chat and others are not so could the people Who are post there setups pls ty.
