I think Spring on March or April or May. It's just a guess. It's when things are new or starting a growth cycle. I really don't know. It's something we can ask God when this whole thing is over.
The bible does not tell us. Anyway, the question is really meaningless, because before the earth was created, there was no such thing as spring, summer, autumn, winter, months and days. They only came into existence once the earth (and the sun and moon, which cause months and seasons) had been created.

I agree with Spring because:
Lord said it was good or very good meaning it was exactly the way he planned it. Another way of saying this it was a time without sin.
So what in the scriptures point to a time without sin for 7 days.

Gen 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.
Gen 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
Gen 2:6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
Gen 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
Gen 1:14 says seasons but I do not believe Adam and Eve experienced seasons like they did after they were kicked out of the garden.
I think it was a constant weather of the right temperature year around.
And the garden was fruitful year around to provide food for them.
Also they were naked which makes it seem like there was no winter and cold.
Because it was the garden of Eden where it was perfect temperature, food provided all year long, they only had to prune the tree, no insects, no animals, no people, no natural disasters, and no weather bothering them.
It was not cold and not excessively hot but the right temperature.
But when they got ousted from the garden with the curse they had to till the ground by the sweat of their brow and labor with more physical exertion that the seasons might of came about not providing them with food all year long so they had to stock up.
But it did not rain until the flood so it could be that is when the seasons came about.
